On The Coast Vacations manages a collection of vacation homes across Florida's Gulf Coast — Bradenton, Sarasota, Siesta Key, Venice, and Tampa — from private-pool retreats minutes from Anna Maria Island to bayfront condos steps from downtown. Every one of these properties is ours to manage directly, not a listing shuffled in from a national platform.

That matters because it means real photos, real availability, and an actual person on the other end when you have a question before booking or need something during your stay — not a call center reading from a script.

Booking direct also means skipping the platform markup that comes with the big listing sites, while getting the same information (often better, since we keep it current ourselves). Whether you're chasing sunsets on Siesta Key's powder-white sand or want a private pool close to the action in Sarasota, there's a good chance we have the right place for you.
