“I had the pleasure of staying here for three weeks, and it truly felt like a home away from home. The home is bright, sunny, spacious, and exceptionally comfortable. I especially loved the large kitchen—it made preparing meals easy and enjoyable during my extended stay. The location couldn’t be better. There are wonderful restaurants nearby, including a great Italian restaurant that’s within walking distance. Shopping, a movie theater, and plenty of other dining options are all just minutes away. Sarasota Airport is also conveniently close, making travel very easy. There was so much to explore. I had a wonderful time visiting the Ringling Museum, rented a boat for a day on the water, and enjoyed the beautiful nearby beaches, all just a short drive away. Everything you could want or need is easily accessible. The host made the experience even better by providing a welcoming, comfortable place to stay. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it”

“We had a fabulous time at the Coastal Oasis! It was so much fun to stay at a brand new house that has obviously been built with great love and care by its owners.The neighborhood was great as well--very peaceful--and the setting was just beautiful as well as convenient to the beach and downtown Venice. As for the house, we loved the big rooms, tall ceilings, oversize windows and gorgeous views! We also appreciated the tasteful furnishings and decorations, as well as the convenient touches, including a private sink, couch, TV and desk in all three bedrooms (each room felt like its own guest suite); a dream kitchen with two sinks, ovens and refrigerators plus a walk-in pantry. You could literally throw a dinner party here! We also loved watching sunsets from the back patio, complete with a gas fire pit. From start to finish, everything about this property is a winner! We will definitely be coming back to the Coastal Oasis!”

“Everything was clean and and had everything we needed. The pool was nice and the food at the poolside restaurant was good. The one issue I personally had was a heavy scented cleaning or air freshener smell. I am very sensitive to strong perfume smells and get migraines and asthma reaction. I'm not sure where the strong smell came from but now that we're home it definitely stuck in all of our clothing and luggage. Maybe it's something they put through the venting system in the whole Sailsport complex. So just a note if sensitive to something like this I would take note. We aired everything out daily and it helped and we still had a wonderful stay. Host was very responsive to power outage as well. Would recommend to others.”

“Such a nice unit in a great central location. Very close to the airport. The unit was nicely furnished and clean. The complex feels safe and the pool/pool bathrooms are very well kept/clean. The poolside cafe/bar is the place to be, especially during their sunset hour - great drinks and an even better view. The causeway trail is a short walk and provides miles and miles of walk/biking paths. Starbucks and some nice restaurants are within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again.The host did a great job with communication and easy check-in process..”

“Best. Vacation. Ever. Is what my friend and said our long weekend away. A part of it was staying at Sailport. I'll start with my favorite, the King bed. It was super comfy and perfect pillows. I went to bed early and took a nap to enjoy it more. My friend said queen was great, too. The view is beautiful. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony. On Friday night, we could hear live steel drums from the pool bar. Very clean. We didn't go in the pool, but it was crystal clear. The on-site pool bar is a treat! Fish tacos were good. Fun, umbrella vacation drinks. An excellent bloody mary. We watched the sunset from the colorful adirondacks We planned on going to a sports bar to watch playoff Patriots. We felt so relaxed, we watched the game at the condo. The hotel store had alcohol to purchase and the convenience of the pool bar. We would love to venture back. 6 minutes from the airport and you don't hear any planes. Book it!”

We just wish the unit weren't by the outside walkway, because we could hear the noise from the luggage cart when people were coming in late and leaving early. “Stayed in unit for 4 nights. The unit is beautifully furnished and includes all amenities as described. The beds were super comfortable. Trash was outside our door and easy to dispose. We enjoyed watching Netflix The condo is surrounded by walkways so sometimes late at night we could hear loud noises running by but it never lasted long. We enjoyed coffee every morning on the balcony overlooking the water and pool. We loved the pool and the attached cafe, this made such an easy and convenient way to enjoy the pool! Bradley’s cohost, Jessica, was very responsive to our questions. Jessica even contacted me a few hours in advance of our check-in to say that our room was ready and that we could go in earlier if we wanted to. There was a little hiccup because we could not figure out how to unlock the door (even with the instructions which was correctly followed), we contacted Jessica who corrected the issue immediately. Would definitely recommend and would definitely stay again!”

“We had a great stay. The house was beautiful, clean, and had plenty of space for our family of 6. Couple constructive criticisms. The upstairs bedroom’s required an outdoor staircase, the slider was very hard to open, and the Wifi needs boosters around the house especially for upstairs bedroom’s. The mosquitoes were really bad all over Siesta Key but once the outdoor lanai cage is completed in September it will make a huge difference being able to enjoy the outside space without being eaten alive by the mosquitoes. Overall we had a great stay. Brad was a great host and we would definitely recommend this place to family and friends. Thank you”

My husband, daughter, and I were able to meet our son and his girlfriend there…who live in S Florida; and our other daughter and her boyfriend who live in Tampa could hang out during the day. Apartment had perfect view of the gulf and pool area, sunsets. And we were able to sit on our balcony to enjoy the musician playing at the pool on Friday afternoon when we arrived. Ate at nearby Whiskey Joes and Bahama Breeze. And stayed in one night and got food from the little bar at the pool; pretty big menu! If the opportunity ever arises to meet in Tampa again, I would love to stay in this exact place! ***Hint…bring ear plugs because the rolling suitcase carts going by your unit each morning are VERY loud!🤷🏼‍♀️”

“Bradley’s place was very comfortable and nicely decorated although it did not have a lamp in the living room. The view from the balcony was lovely, especially at sunset time. The bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of closet space. The bathrooms were great for us - one with a tub and shower and the other with a stand alone shower., each had a fixed toiletry dispenser. Towels were plentiful and thick. The kitchen was well stocked with dinnerware, glasses, pots and pans, cooking utensils, etc. there was coffee pods, sugar, creamers, and a great welcome basket with water and salty and sweet snacks(it was very welcome as we arrived late and needed just that) We enjoyed the white sand beach with its chairs/lounges/palapas. You can’t go swimming there but the pool is in close vicinity. The small cafe/bar was a nice place to grab some food and refreshing drinks. There is a launderette that is close to the unit. A straight drive to Clearwater if you are interested in Spring Training games.”
